All Cover-More travel insurance policyholders have access to our 24 hour emergency medical assistance provided by our own in-house medical team.
Our team works around the clock assisting our customers when they need help. The majority of calls we take are from policyholders requiring medical treatment, payment of hospital bills and assistance when passports and important travel documents are lost.
So we can best assist you, please be ready with the following:

We have more than 280 people in our global medical team--10 doctors, 38 registered nurses, numerous psychologists, case managers and support professionals--who deliver unique care, in times of difficulty and need, to many thousands of customers every year.
